Refund policy

All sales are final on handmade items. Because our signs are made from natural wood, knots, grain patterns, slight color variations, and natural imperfections are normal and not considered defects. These characteristics make each piece unique and handcrafted.

Because each piece is handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Custom orders
• Seasonal items
• Items damaged after delivery
• Normal wear and tear
