Shipping policy

Orders ship from Grapevine, Texas within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS.
• We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered.”
• If a package is lost in transit, contact the carrier to file a claim.
